Float switches are used to easily determine the level limit in liquids. Due to the higher density of the liquid, the float switch floats on the surface of the liquid.

The maximum vibration sensor is used to detect and control the liquid level in tanks, containers and pipelines. It can be used to detect tap water, mineral water, gasoline and diesel fuel, cellulose, glue, dyes and other substances.

Capacitive limit switches are electrical devices designed to open and close an operating circuit. They are mounted on moving mechanisms to limit their movement within specified boundaries.

Magnetic immersion probes are used in clean liquids such as solvents or oils. The float, guided by the probe tube, floats on the surface of the liquid. With the help of its magnetic field, the ring magnet embedded in the float activates reed contacts installed in the guide tube.

Hydrostatic pressure sensors. The liquid filling level can be determined by the hydrostatic pressure if the density is known. The pressure in the liquid increases with increasing filling height.

Ultrasonic level sensors. Continuous level measurement is based on the time of passage of ultrasonic pulses to the surface of the medium and back.

Guided level radar is a technology for measuring levels using a microwave pulse. The sensor is mounted on top of the container, and its probe (also called a waveguide) is lowered into the container to the bottom, coming into contact with the medium.
